Advent International completes acquisition of Forescout

Advent International, an American private equity firm, announced they will complete their acquisition of Forescout, a security operating platform company, for $1.9B by May 18.

The purchase price accounts for a 30% premium over the closing share price as of October 18th, the last trading day before the deal was announced.
