Sinch AB, a Swedish cloud computing service provider, is set to acquire SAP Digital Interconnect for $245M.

Sinch plans on financing the acquisition with a mix of cash and debt. The deal is expected to close in the second half of next year with Sinxh expecting net-cost synergies of almost $12M.
