Wayside Technology to acquire Interwork Technologies

Wayside Technology, an IT company, has announced they will be acquiring Interwork Technologies, a specialty distributor of cybersecurity, information management, and network solutions.

“We have identified multiple near-term cost and revenue synergies; and given our limited overlap in customers and technology partners, we expect to actively cross-sell products and services across both organizations.”

Wayside also made encouraging comments in their press release saying that their business has remained strong in the midst of the pandemic, making this a good time to be buying.
